1. Online Credit Card
Our prices are in Singapore dollars and credit card payment can be made through the Paypal payment gateway. It is not necessary to have a Paypal account to make payment with your credit card. This payment method is applicable for both local and international customers.
2. Bank Transfer
Please e-mail email@example.com with your transaction reference number and e-invoice after fund transfer.

Please transfer payment through ibanking or ATM transfer to UOB Current Account Number 3623003777. Orders will be processed upon payment.
All goods are non-refundable.
Exchanges for same items may be done when a defective product is received. Exchange for a different product is applicable only when the same item is not in stock. Exchanges can only be done within 7 days from the date the delivery is received.
Exchanges must be accompanied by an invoice.
For local orders, we will bear a one-time delivery cost if the product is defective, or there has been an error made on our part. Delivery cost will have to be borne by the buyer if an exchange is made for any other reason.
No exchange will be done if the product shows signs of use or accidental damage.
Please allow 21 working days for processing of return deliveries.
All international orders are not entitled to be exchanged except in the case defective items. Products damaged during the shipment for all international orders will not be eligible for exchange.
To request for an exchange, please e-mail your invoice number and reason for exchange to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Customers will have to bear all delivery costs.
Self-collection of items may be done at our office during operating hours.
Please allow 3-4 working days for collection upon online order and payment.

Please allow 3-4 working days for your purchase to be delivered.
